    I also run a local Maternal Journal group and utilise my teaching and facilitating skills to hold space for new mothers and parents.

  • I trained within Swindon through Swindon Breastmates and volunteer on a weekly basis at various locations in the Borough.

    I am able to provide a listening ear, support and guidance with breastfeeding. I will also signpost to lactation/breastfeeding specialists if needed.

    From the Frontline: Real Birth Stories and Doula Impact- the role of a doula in complex, high-stressed birth.

    The Herbarium- monthly deep dive learning about plants, including herbal/folklore medicinal wisdom and herbal application.

    Menstrual Medicine- an immersive, year-long journey through the body’s cycles, ancestral knowledge, and the re-weaving of menstrual health as community medicine.
