The weeks following birth, often referred to as the ‘Fourth Trimester’, are a time of profound tenderness, intense hormonal shifts, and deep physical recovery. In our modern world, the narrative is often about ‘bouncing back’. We are expected to return to normal before we have even caught our breath, often without the village we so desperately need.
This is where the Odyssey changes.
I’m Rosanna, and my goal is to rewrite that narrative. I am here to bridge the gap between modern maternity services and the reality of postpartum life at home. I don’t just ‘help’ with the baby; I mother the mother, ensuring you are nourished, rested, and honoured during this sacred transition.
